We have been sitting with the Map of the World trying to decide which countries to visit – and damn it is hard! There are so many places we want to see! We figured we’ll do South America, Central Europe and Australia on separate trips, so at least we could cancel those… But with round about 195 countries to choose from, we still have a massive decision to make!
Finally we decided on two broad options:
