We have booked ourselves a food-beer-balsams tour in Riga, Latvia… On cycles! We know very little about Latvian cuisine, but after reading this piece on their website we are intruiged:
“Pork, cabbage and potatos” you might think! Well, we want to show you that the traditional stereotype of post Soviet cuisine is wrong. Sure we’ll eat some pickled gherkins, but just wait and see what we have in store for you!
